Consultation & Design
We meet at your venue or ours. You leave with a written concept: mood board, scaled floor plan, draft menu and an itemised cost sheet covering catering, decor, rentals and staffing separately.
Confirm Your Package
Tasting for confirmed events, two rounds of revisions included, then a 40% deposit locks the date and the crew. You get a shared timeline and one WhatsApp group with your coordinator.
We Deliver the Event
Setup starts the day before. On the day, a coordinator plus two assistants run the show; the kitchen brigade cooks on site. Breakdown finishes the same night, venue handed back clean.
